The Royal College of Psychiatrists suggests that people who are tired should reduce caffeine. It is said that the best way to do this is to stop drinking caffeine for three weeks.

Caffeine is found in:

  1. Coffee
  2. Tea
  3. Some orange juice
  4. Energy drinks
  5. Some pain relievers and herbal remedies.

Try to keep the caffeine away from your body for a month to see how you feel How much better.

You may find that not taking caffeine gives you a headache. If this happens, slowly reduce the amount of caffeine you drink.

Drink a little alcohol
Although a couple of glasses of wine in the evening may help you sleep better, the next day you may be tired You get eight hours of sleep.
