South Korea's top nuclear envoy leaves Washington on Friday after meeting with US officials amid the North's threat to launch military action on Seoul.
Lee Do-hoon, the Special Representative for Peace and Security on the Korean Peninsula, flew to the Duch International Airport at the end of an unannounced three-day visit to the US capital.
Meeting with reporters at the airport, he declined to answer any questions about what he had discussed with his US counterpart, Deputy Foreign Minister Stephen Biegun, or what they had agreed to do. ៕
