Cambodia's Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen wished the last 233 passengers, 20 of them sailors and 22 multi-national crew members, to leave the MS Westerdam on a bus. 10 departures from Sihanoukville head to Phnom Penh to return to their respective countries by flight from Phnom Penh.
