PHNOM PENH, June 29, 2020 – After a month of active competition, Angkor PUBG has successfully hosted the largest mobile e-commerce event in Cambodia called Smart PUBG Mobile Tournament organized by mobile operators. Smart Axiata is the leading mobile operator in Cambodia with the support of the Cambodian Electronic Sport Federation.
The five-member team won a cash prize of Riel 60,000,000 and Realme 6 handsets.
The tournament began with over 300 teams registered and 40 teams selected to compete in the semifinals on June 27th. Then, only 20 teams were selected to compete in the final on June 28th, with the top 10 teams receiving cash prizes of 120,000,000 riel and a smartphone. Realme 6.

With support from Tencent Games, one of the world's largest internet and technology companies, and Realme, one of the world's leading smartphone makers, the Smart PUBG Mobile Tournament is set to take place in the country. The purpose is to provide an opportunity for e-sports players in Cambodia to win great prizes and to give them the opportunity to play e-sports as a community.
