Phnom Penh: On the morning of July 27, 2020 at the Police Academy of Cambodia Samdech Krala Hom Sar Kheng, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, presides over here this morning the closing ceremony of the five-year strategic plan. (2015-2019) and set the work direction for the next 5 years of the Police Academy of Cambodia.
At the closing ceremony, Samdech Krala Hom introduced and recommended six recommendations to promote the implementation of the Academy's five-year strategic plan. Successes and new achievements are as follows:
First. The General Department of Logistics and Finance shall review the 2021 budget of the Academy that has been cut and must strive to coordinate with the representatives of the Ministry of Economy and Finance to maintain the budget requested by the Police Academy of Cambodia to support the courses to be trained.
Second. All relevant units must pay attention to giving value and encouragement to competent and qualified officials who have graduated from the Academy or at Abroad.
Third. The Academy must continue to build a quality culture in the training of the police force to have the ability and true professional ethics to meet the needs of society. .
Fourth, the Academy must promote police science research and collect information related to the use of trained human resources in utility units. Forces.
Fifth, in relation to the National Police Museum, which is planned to be newly built on the premises of the Academy, in this regard, Samdech Krala Hom requested His Excellency Dr. Chan An, His Excellency Dr. Mao. Bun Narin, HE Seng Youan and HE Seng Phally must meet to discuss the transfer of management and construction of the National Police Museum.
Sixth, the Academy must continue to pay attention to the implementation of guidelines to prevent and curb Kovid-19 infection, such as wearing a mask. Wash your hands with soap and alcohol, take a temperature, keep a safe distance, and so on.

The above reforms are to achieve the successful implementation of its five-year strategic plan, building a quality culture and capacity building. His Excellency continued that the Police Academy of Cambodia trains human resources on average for 42 sessions per year with an average of 4,200 students.
Taking that opportunity, HE General Professor Seng Phally said that the results of the implementation of the five-year strategic plan of the Police Academy of Cambodia achieved 80.9% results of the implementation of the five-year strategic plan, in which the results of the implementation of the action plan for each year include: 2015 achieved 73.89%, in 2016 reached 73.85%, in 2017 achieved 78.20%, in 2018 reached 82.10% and in 2019 reached 92 , 40%.
