Phnom Penh: Dr. Pok Vanthat, Advisor to the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training and Chairman of the Working Group, stated that in the first half of 2020, there were 3 cases of unconscious workers in factories and 239 unconscious workers (239 females). Compared to the first half of 2019, the number of factories decreased by 40% and the number of unconscious workers decreased by 43%.

Mr. Pok Vanthat stated that the causes of fainting cases on workers are as follows:
• Social psychosocial problems 34%
• Physical problems 22%
• Biological problems 22%
• Organizational science issues 11% and
11% overtime issues.
