BEIJING, Feb. 8 (Xinhua) – The death toll from the cholera virus in mainland China has risen to 722 and more than 34,500 have been infected, according to the Sputnik News Agency. However, 2,050 patients were discharged from the hospital after recovery.

Kem Sokha wrote on Facebook on February 8 that the present day is a day for Buddhists to commemorate the sacrifice of his 1250 ancestors and a memorial to God. Lord Buddha is especially a day of love for Buddhism.

"I would like to extend my deepest condolences to the country's leaders and the families of people from all over the world who have died of the new coronavirus. I would also like to pray for the blessing of the World's Most Valuable Tribe, and bless those who are newly infected with this new coronavirus.

In addition, Mr. Sokha called on people of all nations, nations, countries to prevent and eliminate the new Corona virus on the planet without discrimination.
